Her
career has spanned over 20 years and she has worked
with some of the industry's most prominent hair stylists;
Olive Benson, Adrienne Sheppherd, James Harris just
to name a few.
An
award-winning hairstylist, Brenda has competed in
professional industry competitions throughout Atlanta,
Boston, Chicago, Japan and London, often placing 1st
against some of this country's most rising talents
in the beauty industry. Her instructors for these
various competitions have been world-renowned stylists,
Thomas Hayden and Gary & Ann Bray, masters in
competition. The winning of these competitions earned
Brenda an honored invitation to the Inter-Coiffure
in Paris, France.
Her professional memberships include the National
Cosmetology Association (NCA), The National Association
of Barbers and Cosmetologists (NABC) and AHBAI
Salon Advantage Club.
Brenda
continues to work with beginning entrepreneurs and
aspiring hair stylists devoting countless hours mentoring
individuals. Brenda is an active participant in local
community organizations and various outreach programs
for women and minorities.

From
the age of 16, Ayesha, affectionately known as "Esha",
has had a passion for hair. Her desire to fulfill
this dream came in June of 2000 when Ayesha enrolled
at Blaine Hair School. Ayesha completed her 9-month
course in March of 2001. Upon the completion of her
cosmetology education, she became gainfully employed
with Brenda Jones. Ayesha has successfully worked
her way from being government assisted to a working
mother of two. Her hard work, diligence, sacrifice
and perseverance in the 3-year study of her craft
have been a driving force that launched her from salon
assistant to independent contractor. Ayesha has a
strong belief in not just "doing" hair but
"caring" for hair. Hair maintenance is her
top priority. Along with Ayesha's flair for style
and hair maintenance, her comedic talent will bring
laughter to your soul. Ayesha continues to educate
herself attending classes at various educational seminars
in Customer Service, Hair Extensions and Kinky Twists,
Cutting and Coloring and Weave Placement. Ayesha is
currently a member of the National Cosmetologists
Association.
Carolyn
O. Brown

A native of Cambridge, Massachusetts, Carolyn Brown
graduated from Wilfred Academy in 1982. Carolyn has
been affiliated with several salons in the Boston
area. Since the age of 14, Carolyn has had a passion
for color, design and glamour. In combining all three
of these particular aspects of the image industry,
as she prefers to call it, her choice has been to
focus her attention in the world of makeup artistry.
Carolyn has been employed at since
October of 2003 and is currently pursuing her career
as a makeup artist/hair stylist for .
Carolyn is a member of The National Cosmetologist
Association (NCA) and the American Health and Beauty
Aids Institute Salon Advantage Club (AHBAI-SAC).
